For nearly 20 years Pipelines has done plumbing for us, ranging from large tasks such as a whole-house re-plumbing, installation of a two-stage Viessmann boiler and a 119-gallon hot water tank, and installation of a 3-person triangular jacuzzi, to replacing a gas stove or a dishwasher or a toilet, to really minor things such as a dripping faucet!  Chris and Kathy are especially skilled, and I can say from personal experience that everyone on the team is courteous and professional, but it’s even more impressive that plumbing inspectors rave over their work!  I honestly can’t recall a single time when we’ve had any issues with Pipelines, but I have confidence that they would resolve any conflict with professionalism and grace.  They communicate well (including teleplumbing consultation to troubleshoot things!), are extremely dependable, and are able to design and deal with complex systems.  Their service charges are in the middle-to-upper range, but it’s worth it to get something done right by people with the required expertise. – Miriam, Somerville

I first contacted Pipelines in 2007 for a second opinion after another plumber told me he couldn’t fix my old heating system and suggested a new one.  Pipelines tinkered with my 19450s-era boiler, and it lasted for another three years with no problems. When the time was right and a rebate offer came along, Pipelines then replaced the old boiler with an energy-efficient system, resulting in a heat and cost savings to me.  After Pipelines installed water-saving toilets in my house, my water usage dropped by 32% over the first three months (and by 39% in one month alone).
